Current Position: Nutrition Coordinator, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN

Flack has been working as a clinical dietitian at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since 2007. She has been a certified nutrition support clinician for over 14 years and since 2015 her primary area of focus has been working with liver transplant recipients. She authored the Surgical and Chronic Wounds and Food Safety for Older Adults, Pregnancy and Immune-compromised condition sections and was a reviewer for Critical Illness condition section of the Nutrition Care Manual. Flack received a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree in nutrition from Central Michigan University.
